- 6 slices deli turkey breast
- 2 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons avocado mayo or full-fat mayo
- Sliced cucumber or bell peppers (optional)

Instructions
- Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on each leaf.
- Layer turkey slices and cheese on top.
- Add cucumber or bell peppers if using, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roll each lettuce wrap tightly from the base up, tucking in the sides.
- Secure with parchment paper or toothpicks for easy storage and eating.
Notes
Wrap each roll in parchment paper and store in an airtight container. Keep chilled in a thermal lunch bag with ice packs. Best consumed within 4–6 hours.
